Grilled salmon with marinated fennel recipe


For the Salmon:

1. Put together the salmon by seasoning it with salt and pepper.

2. Warmth olive oil in a pan. Place the salmon (skin-side down) on a medium-high flame and cook dinner for seven to 9 minutes, till properly performed.

4. High with thinly sliced fennel blended with chopped chives and season with lemon juice.

5. Serve with hummus on the facet.

For the Hummus:

1. Soak chickpeas in a single day in water. Rinse and drain chickpeas; switch to a pot with chilly water and convey to a boil.
